What is Prop NN and how does it fund schools without raising taxes?

Prop NN is a measure that will be on the Colorado ballot this coming November. Kevin Pape, the Political Director from the Colorado Education Association (CEA), will present on what Prop NN says and how it will impact school funding in Colorado.

From the CEA: Prop NN lets Colorado use revenue it already collects to invest in K-12 public schools without raising taxes. For too long, an outdated cap has held schools back, making it harder to pay educators livable wages, reduce class sizes, and offer career and technical education programs students need. Voting yes on Prop NN helps keep educators in the profession and gives students more opportunities to succeed.
